I would not advise contacting them.

Remember that they have been doing this for a LONG time and it simply takes a lot of time for them to find matches for thousands of applicants. Several applicants are ultimately not going to be matched, and that's OK. They will let those applicants know, and they know it is not the applicant's fault if they can't match that person with someone. So even though it's hard, please don't stress about it!

Hi, quick question - does the same advice apply for people who haven't even got the opportunity to schedule an interview? My portal basically hasn't changed since I submitted the application. At this point I'm assuming this is a rejection? Thanks!

Yes, my advice was for anyone who hasn't already gotten an interview or a match. You should not assume a rejection! That just simply can't match everyone that applies, and my guess would be the focus on those they CAN match easily first.

Second this. I was cribbing till yesterday as to why it was taking them so long to match me, especially when a friend that's also applying to Kellogg got his match and finished his interview earlier this week. Just got matched yesterday night - would recommend waiting it out to see.

Still waiting on Kellogg, my portal changed my date to 26th for requested from 20th too so looks like my number in the queue has gone back :?

Or with the goal profile of the candidate.

I was matched with a consultant because it was stated as my short term goal. He was not from my industry

I assume that will be same for me, I’m from a niche industry with 1 recent kellogg alumni (who I know very well), so they’re better off with goal than current

Last year I got invite few hours after application deadline

This year, still no invite, match isn’t a priority

BTW, I applied for 1y, anyone here applied for 1Y?

I don’t think there’s prioritising on matching from what I’m aware, late interviews seem to get into kellogg at equivalent rates to early interviews

My portal now says : Interview request received on 15th Oct. Today morning, it had reverted to the pre-interview portal. I think their upgrade is really dicey so far
