I’m sure Kellogg does a holistic review of the overall application. A letter of support is an extra data point on the application, but I doubt it’ll make a major impact if the overall application isnt that strong

They don’t share any percentage distribution for each section. All they mention is that it’s a holistic process

That’s the challenge of deep research using AI it uses old information, if even correct 🥴 but with admissions being somewhat of a black box, still helpful when not blatantly incorrect but A.I. would have these details based on old estimates of humans so this is the second grade estimate ... unfortunately

Some applicants are invited within the first 2-3 days of submitting the application, even when the adcom would not have had a chance to read their essays. So, the timing of the interview doesn't matter in the final decision.
But Kellogg does not admit anyone unless they have had an interview

Should we email the interviewer for a thank you note or is LinkedIn okay?

I don’t have my interviewer’s email and I don’t want to come across as a stalker if I find it somehow and email them.

Nah... You are applying to MBA
Professional stalking should be your key skill - stalk your potential investors, co-founders or recruiters. It’s good actually

I also heard from a bunch of schools that the interviewer is not supposed to accept your LinkedIn request or meet you in-person - until after your results. Not sure about Kellogg though.
