I am not sure on which mail address they received this.... maybe just ask them to search for this domain: kellogg.northwestern.edu *from Worst case scenario... it is fine if you use their personal mail address as well Just raise a concern to them saying your company domain is blocking the emails... you can also mention the same in your optional essay as a safeguard. They are quite understanding in this case, as they know this is a legitimate issue that can happen

Its okay you can readd them with personal ids and mention in optional essay that you faced this issue that’s why you are giving personal ids This is what I did.
