Hi Justin123456, Welcome to GMATCLUB! I have definitely seen many applicants (Even from the competitive pool) get accepted in round 3 and also round 4. If you feel your application will be the strongest in round 3 you should definitely apply in that round. Unlike many US schools, LBS definitely has enough spots in the finals rounds as well.
