Q49 V35 giving a 710 is a bit surprising! That’s usually a 680-690!
The GMAT scoring algorithm sometimes is very puzzling!
Having said that, If you haven’t started applications AT ALL, then it’s better you focus on applications, because it’s too much work for you to pull it off at the eleventh hour.
However, if you have already been through the process once for some other school. You could risk fitting in another attempt!
Also, LBS officially may seem to have only 2 essays. However, you’ll see that through out your application form there will be many HIDDEN essays.

Hey! I got 710 (Q49, V39) with 3 in IR and got an offer in Round 1.
So in my experience it didn't matter that much!
