They only start to review or release interview invitation after each round deadline. So don't expect to hear news in 2-3weeks after you submit the application. They are not rolling Admissions. But I feel generally they come to give you news after deadline in 2-3weeks if invited for interview or not. If you applied on Dec 5th, I would think you will only get some news in 2nd week of Jan.
. I applied during R4 I think, video assessment deadline by Dec 16th. I didn't hear back from them for the longest time. I emailed them yesterday and a couple hours later I got an email back. Please PM me if you got an offer and have accepted it. Let's stay in touch!
