Even I didn't receive anything Looks like,for most of the people they received maximum invite yesterday. So I guess I should safely assume that it's over for me from ross perspective

I sent an email to Adcom today and it was confirmed that all invites were sent out yesterday.

Does Ross send out updates if folks are not invited to interview or is the process a black box?

I think it’s mentioned on the website that they’ll update on 6 Dec via email if the candidate is waitlisted/not selected. Maybe they’re waiting for the interviews to happen first to decide.

What questions weeee you asked please?

The most important would be why MBA now and why Ross + ST/LT goals, if you clearly define those I think you will be fine. The rest are more behavioral + follow-ups of your work exp. in nature. I can't post links for some reason, but you can check out the interview questions list on ClearAdmit.
