Just had my interview. The interviewer didn’t ask my career goals questions at all. Is it normal?
@ZanXan Interviewers get suggestions on questions but it’s upto them how they want to run it. Also, most people career goals after coming to the business school. So, that question, according to me, as not as important as learning about what type of a classmate you will be at Ross, or, will you be a good representation of us? or if you will give back to the community as much you will take from it. And I am convinced, one of these elements would’ve come up in your interview.
So, walk into the interviews with an understanding of, what you bring to the table, how you will be add value to the community, and how your experiences have prepared you for this moment in your life. Be genuine, not unique (because everyone interviewing is) and do not try hard to impress them.
