I got the invite while out with friends and was nervous they’d fill fast, so I panicked and selected the slot I saw that said “South”, assuming that would be east coast time. Somehow they classified Houston, TX as South and that’s where my interviewer is based. The region thing is very confusing at first glance, especially on a mobile device!

Hi, I know it may sound like a silly question but, in the resume tab on the interview portal, we have to submit the same exact resume that we submitted in our application right? The reason I'm asking is that, for Ross I had to edit the resume quite a bit to fit it within 1 page with the huge 1 inch margins so ideally would've wanted to submit a different one.

I've heard that it's frowned upon to connect with your interviewer over LinkedIn

Agreed. But if a candidate can use this to their advantage, why should they not?

And before a interview, won't the interviewer check linkedin anyways?
