I received an email from Ross Adcom saying - "We had to reset your interview due to a change in availability in your interviewers schedule. Kindly log back into the system and request a new interviewer."

Will wait now for the new interviewer to respond.

My interview lasted for an hour, and it was not as conversational as I hoped it would be. My interviewer really dug deep into every answer, with multiple follow ups on each.

Tell me about why you want to do an MBA

Why did you shift from your UG major to current company?
What does your company do?
What did you do in your first role at current company? What did you like and dislike about it?
Why did you shift teams? Did you like it more, and if yes, why?
Why are you interested in your goals?
Why Ross?
Are you planning to move back to India after your MBA?
Tell me about a time when you had to make a critical decision in a short period of time. What was different in your approach to this? Why did your approach work in this situation?
Tell me about a time when you had to stop your manager from going down a wrong path. How did you convince him? How did your solution work?
When have you worked with people different from you? How was your approach to this?
When have you had to take an unpopular role and have people not be happy with you? How did that uncomfortable conversation go?
