I did. Yesterday. It lasted 45 minutes. Hope I did well. Focus on behavioral questions.

My interview lasted for an hour, and it was not as conversational as I hoped it would be. My interviewer really dug deep into every answer, with multiple follow ups on each.

Tell me about a time when you had to make a critical decision in a short period of time. What was different in your approach to this? Why did your approach work in this situation?

When have you had to take an unpopular role and have people not be happy with you? How did that uncomfortable conversation go?
