So it’s been 4 mock classes so far and the max attendance has been 105. So either people are taking their chances by not attending such events or the max no of invites I guess would be roughly around the 150 or maybe 200 provided the class size of 2023 was 398.. so I’m guessing they are taking in 100 students per round … maybe more in round 1 (if anyone knows about such trend that is )
yield rate of Ross is around 50%. - so they’ll roughly accept 800 students every year. Assuming R1, R2 and R3 split will be 40-40-20ish - R1 will have around 200-300 admits. Past interview trends show 50% conversion from interview, so my guess is somewhere around 400-600 might have invited for interview.
Yield last year was 37%, the previous year 46% which is a wide variance. That means we're looking at 800 - 1100 acceptances over the full admissions cycle.
That being said, none of that matters at an individual level - if your app is not good enough, the school won't accept you. They have no incentive to keep the same class size each year apart from collecting fees, and have incentive through rankings to in fact accept fewer applicants (makes the program more selective). You've done your bit, now its up to the school. If you've finished your interview, its time to sit back and relax
