Any time given here if not from MIT will be an estimate, even the date. The YouTube Q&A video said 'approx.' 28 Oct, so it could be tomorrow even. Its likely though it would be during Boston office hours, therefore by extension, a weekday. So I would assume latest tomorrow 5pm Boston time, but more likely latest today 5pm Boston time given the expectation created from the Q&A video.
