The same situation has played out with me. Any idea how to interpret this?

Hi, I had the interview on 26th Jan 2022. Today I receive the NUS email that requests to provide missing documents. Is it a positive sign that they like me? Any thoughts?

I believe it's a good sign. Actually, after provide missing documents, I received the offer in next several days. However, the offer will not include any information about scholarship. About the application portal, it showed "application completed".

17th Jan is Round 2, and 17th Feb must be round 3, right? If you are from an overrepresented pool of applicants such as India, applying in Round 3 is not a wise option.
