one thing is, may be it will help if there was another thread for Tech MBA applicants? Not getting much clarity from the tracker either.. there is no drop down for Tech MBA.. Does anyone know how many have been admitted so far in Tech?

Ah I got the call yesterday, so so happy


And I'm not sure if I can share the specific curveball questions because I bet they'll remember who I am if they see it. Another guy who interviewed at the same time I did also got at least one curveball questions. I'd say these q's are really just to get to know your personality and I don't think you can answer them right or wrong, as long as you don't come across as a tool or douchebag. They're along the lines of "if you could go anywhere for a day, where would you go?" or "if you had to teach a class, what would you teach?"

So stoked. NYU was my target after I absolutely hated the Columbia info session (and subsequently got rejected haha), the culture is just so much better in my experience (grad school only being considered here). No curveball questions for me but I came from a very non-traditional background and spent most of the interview expanding on that

Yes, I got an update about scholarships in the acceptance letter that was posted on my status page today. It was in the first paragraph and the amount was listed at the bottom. I got a full ride--suuuuper happy
