R2 last year were coming out around 29 Nov and R1 was up until mid-Nov with a few sparringly after (from what I saw)

Soonest I saw offers last year was end of Nov for R1

Everything was submitted, and nothing is pending...
The portal shows "Received" for everything, with "Your application is complete and currently under review with the Admission Committee."

I don’t know if I understood your point very well... what you’re saying is that if I had already been rejected or waitlisted, would they have already notified me? Sorry if I misunderstood, but according to the website, I understood that the decisions would come by December 1st.
