They are still here, I think I see the account from time to time and I heard some good things about them from few others. I definitely don’t want to disregard your experience at all- not my intention, but did you try to bring that up to the leadership team? Usually, most good consulting companies have internal feedback loop to help personalize the experience. (We have 3 occasions we do that - 1st before starting, 2nd after finishing the first school to see what were some things that created friction in experience- the first school is usually the most bumpy and 3rd right during the interviews) And lots of free stuff available to all for doing the applications themselves. So, I am assuming that was not resolved? Just curious though, what happened?

agree with you there. I got an invite to Darden and it was the last school I applied too. Hard to really know the process for most of these schools. best to not just unnecessarily stress out cause it doesnt really change the outcome.
