Hi There,
This is strange. It is almost impossible for your scores to change from the unofficial score you saw at the end of your exam. I have seen cases where percentiles change (mine did and many others) perhaps you didn't see the initial score of 321 correctly?
Overall, I would suggest mailing ETS first to get clarity on the situation informing them of the probable error, and get feedback from them.
If ETS insists your score is now 319, I would suggest mailing the schools you applied to with that score originally, as the application process isn't too far along yet. Mail them informing them there has been a mixup in your scoring as you have just received your unofficial scorecard. Attach the PDF to the email, and ask them to kindly assist in updating your GRE score on the platform.
Also, your score isn't bad, you're well within the GRE 80% range for Stern (Q152 - 170, V159 - 169). Furthermore, you are within the 100% range as well (Q152 - 170, V153 - 170). However, if you do feel like you have enough time and resources to retake the GRE before decisions or you just feel strongly about it, you definitely should.

Hi everyone, I need some urgent advice and btw did this happen with anybody else??my unofficial gre score was 321 but today on the official score card it shows 319. I’m confused and scared, is this score bad for a indian female doctor aiming nyu? Should I mail the ets support or retake the exam? I’d be grateful for any kind of help.
