Hi, I was the guy mentioned in the AMA. I applied and got accepted in round 3. Indeed, it is round 2 for most schools!

EQ endorsement is actually super important, I am not sure how is different compared to the other LOR, since you cannot interfere with int the process.

I would follow the guideline provided by the NYU STERN, if I recall it should be max 1 page!
