I have. The interview was with an old lady that worked both for Oxford part-time and with an important institution (IMF or something like that, don't recall very well). Overall she has been really nice. The interview focused on leadership experiences and specific traits to them (found in my application) and about the prospect of career track I chose. Yes, I had my interview yesterday with Industry expert consultant and advisor to said admissions.
The interview was a deep dive on Why MBA, Why oxford ? and how the plan that I wrote in my essays reflect to what I am saying one on one.

Each answer to the above led to a situation based question on leadership, team management, reasons for success and handling what I do if I had failed in that scenario.

Mostly, regarding the behavioral part , how team or other stakeholder would perceive you and what are your back up options.

Importantly after I had exhausted all our reason to why oxford, he asked any other reason other than this.

Focused on what I bring to the table, how would I be with my cohort and where do I see it building up to.

It was basically a deep dive into each of my ideas which were expressed in the application.

I gave my eMBA interview on Wednesday. We also did a deep dive on why Oxford, why an eMBA and specially why now. Rest was different.

I got an offer after that, my profile: computer science engineer, 12 years of experience most of it in telecoms, 7 years of management experience, EA 150.
