SAID has 4 rounds. So 3rd round is not that late.
If you have decent profile & as strong application. There is no harm applying in R3

Is there anybody that's able to give advice on the kinds of questions they ask during the interview? 30 minutes feels quite short...!

I'm not sure, but I think if you have a weak profile or GMAT score (you seems to be Indian, hence, below 680), international experience can be one of the factors that could mitigate the issue. Oxford is very particular about 'some criteria', which I can confidently endorse as my application in 2015 was rejected due to lack of exposure and experience.

It was a mix. Some from my profile and background, some from current conditions related to my job and future goals. Overall, it was conversational and not grilling.

I've heard it's dependent on who you have as an interviewer -- they all have their own personalities, interests, and opinions about what makes a good Oxford fit. My interviewer had a lot of similar personal interests and had a career history that was very related to my application essay answer (the one about the statistical trend).. I suspect we probably got matched for a reason!

Fingers crossed so hard now for March 9th!
