Is it advisable to apply to Said in R3? Choice is between applying in R3 or not wasting time applying at all :-/

SAID has 4 rounds. So 3rd round is not that late. If you have decent profile & as strong application. There is no harm applying in R3

Is there anybody that's able to give advice on the kinds of questions they ask during the interview? 30 minutes feels quite short...!

How important is international exposure for MBA at Oxford?

I'm not sure, but I think if you have a weak profile or GMAT score (you seems to be Indian, hence, below 680), international experience can be one of the factors that could mitigate the issue. Oxford is very particular about 'some criteria', which I can confidently endorse as my application in 2015 was rejected due to lack of exposure and experience.
