Saw it here. November 9th is the deadline for interview decision date.

So that leaves us with 3 more days.. post which it is safe to assume a ding... 5th, 6th and 9th. I still wonder how come no one from Mumbai/ Bangalore has reported an invite yet. I feel majority applications will be from these two cities.

I believe that article was referencing the admissions blog which technically says week of 11/9.

Just trying to give us all a few extra days of hope haha

Haha, yea, lets see.

Very surprising to not hear anyone with an interview invite from Mumbai or Bangalore.

From what I heard from my friend who is at Sloan, last year, they took interviews in Mumbai for Round 1 and in Delhi for round 2. So I think they dont conduct interviews in 2 cities for each round. That means this time probably all the interviews would be conducted in Delhi for round 1. Even for those who are in Mumbai, Bangalore etc.

I was just going to ask this. I guess just a couple of invites in Delhi so far.

Has anybody in Mumbai heard anything yet?

Ashish...I didn't mean the location of the interview, I meant people from those cities or in general western and southern parts of India.

Yea... I know. So either all the invites have been sent and we are just not aware of people from Mumbai / Bangalore, or they still have calls lined up for interviews in Delhi. As far as I am aware of, they sent all calls at once to prevent any preference for booking slots. It was purely first come first serve. So there are high chances that all invites are already out. Anyway conducting interviews at 2 cities in a single round doesn't make much sense. 2 more days to shut the case. We don't have to wait much longer.

Am I the only South Spanish Americas applicant in this forum ? Would be nice to know where the Colombian / Peruvian reported invitations in clearadmit are interviewing. Any one has an idea ?

Colombian here. No idea about those invitations. Have not seen interview invites from Chileans. I hope it's because they have not released Santiago's invitations yet. Please keep in touch if you know anything.

Peruvian here, invited to inverview on Monday. Location for interview was Santiago November 9th and 13th. About 8 spots for interview. The last time I checked there were two spots left.

Congrats ! When did you get the invitation ?

Looks like the invites are dying down. Maybe there will be a few more, but doesn't seem like there is another huge wave coming. Congrats to those who got one, and all the best on the other apps to the rest of us.

I wouldn't lose hope until the ding comes.

We try extremely hard to understand and predict how admissions think and work, but at the end thay always surprise us! Stay positive and let things work their way, that would be my best advice.

Not losing hope or being negative here, I am just talking based on the past trends and the dates. I doubt they continue interviews into December, and I really don't think they will tell you "oh hey you've been selected for an interview in Boston for tomorrow at 9am!", like I said, I think a few more will come out, but I doubt it will be like the previous two waves. Being hopeful is good, but being realistic is important as well.

Perhaps you're right, but last year's thread saw quite a few invites come in on the 5th and 6th, with the last day being the 7th, so if it's anything like last year there are still a fair amount of invites to come out today and tomorrow and then rejections on the 9th. As of others have said, we'll never know the logic admissions is really using, but hang onto hope for a bit longer.

No invitation.
I guess the chance is quite low now. Only a few slots are left for R1 I guess. And this applies to everywhere.
