At the Sloan on the road thing, the guy said it had traditionally been about 50%. So you got a good chance :D!

Colombian here. No idea about those invitations. Have not seen interview invites from Chileans. I hope it's because they have not released Santiago's invitations yet. Please keep in touch if you know anything.

Will do Camilo !! .. Colombian here as well :D .. Just found out through an alumni the hub for Colombians is Chile - or they give you the option to fly to Boston as well. So if Chilean invitations are not out yet, we still have some hope.

Congrats~

Anyone else got invite from Seattle?

And when is proposed interview date and location for Seattle candidates?

Thanks in advance!

They had Dec 3-4 (which was already full by the time I checked), and Nov 17-19. The location was San Francisco, which isn't that bad of a flight. Pretty close by.

Now to tackle this essay...

Does anyone know if MIT looks at everyone's optional essay / video. I still haven't gotten a view on my video so I'm hoping they just haven't reviewed my app yet.

Just as an FYI for people waiting for invites, there are still two slots left in Cambridge on Nov 10. Perhaps those invites haven't gone out yet (or people are just slow signing up).
