I figured they started with west coast, should be finished by now, and move on to Asia or something. Still no call for me, prob means ding.

I lost my phone yesterday, and I don't have voice-mail. Do they send a mail as well, or do you assume/guess that they rather try again or will send a "happy" mail at the end of the day?

i heard they are starting them out a week after the appliction deadline closed. They will continue to send them out until early may when decisions are made. Probably the majority of people will get them around the 2-3 week mark.
