With Monday being a holiday they probably all checked out early on Friday too.

Those who did Skype interview. How did it work? You wait at interview time and they will call you??? Or did you get notice before interview about your interviewer inc. Skype ID and name etc.?

I don't think it's just waitlists now. My interview was 2 days before they left for winter break, and since they don't do another early batch before the decision deadline, I think there'll still be people who get accepted, waitlisted, and denied who had a late interview date. At least that's what I keep telling myself :)
