Hi! Does anyone know if the application status changes after you interview? Mine still says submitted and has a complete next to all the items that Anderson requested.

Though the adcom said that some interview invites will trickle in March, the 'very light volume' makes it scary.
Some people said that high GMAT/GPA stats people get an early interview. Don't know what to make of it.

Couple of guys who got admitted in R1 told me that I would get an early interview based on stats and undergrad pedigree. I started my interview prep the very next day after submitting my R2app. But now that energy is coming down.
This radio silence is killing me. My undergrad classmate with slightly low GMAT but a higher GPA got admitted with $$$$ last year. He said that he didn't put that much effort in the essays and didn't even network with anyone.
Don't know if the dynamics changed for the Indian applicants this year.

I had the very same experience with you. Some of my peers who had the high stats didn't even receive an invitation letter, but they have been invited or admitted to higher ranked schools. UCLA has been my dream but I still have to let it go.

but from a purely stats perspective, I don't look very good on paper.
