I got a call. It was actually a few days ago, but, as someone hinted may be the case, my interviewer did ask me to hold off on posting on any discussion boards until decision release day. And that was how I learned that discussion boards for MBA programs exist...

So I am in a good spot. Got into UNC, got into Georgia Tech (with assistant), invited up to Dartmouth & Notre Dame for interviews.

I have really enjoyed these messages boards as it was a nice way to share the stress of b-school applications and learn a few tips along the way.

Does anyone have advice on how to make the though choice between schools?

I am leaning toward UNC KFSB for several reasons but its such a big choice I feel like I am getting analysis paralysis when comparing schools. :)

Just for the record, here is what your web portal will look like when decisions are out. This is in Application -> Check Application Status. This is mine from Round 2. Note that the fellowship link only says if you got a fellowship, not the amount. The details on fellowships will be sent in an email later today.

For everything I read about, the best thing is to visit each school, speak with the current students, spend some time in the school's campus, etc. Specially if you are already in the USA, it's a nice way to make your decision easier.

It's no surprise when someone that is already decided about a school change its mind after visiting all of his options.

Best of luck!

So far it seems that nobody interviewed by Amanda Harding has been called.

I expect this to be a sign that she's just busy and we'll get the email directly

Great call! I am leaning HEAVILY towards UNC but think visiting campus again is a great call as it is a big choice and the next two years. Once again thanks for all the advice GMAT club has been such a great outlet for b-school application questions.
