noone got offers yet. maybe it will be rolling admissions after dec 31 since it seems like the interviewer was sick for a week

I actually emailed them earlier this month. Just got a response "Yes, at this stage, an interview is still possible. Due to the overwhelming volume of applications received by our office for Round 1, our Admissions Committee are still reviewing applications and sending out interview invites. Interview invites may still go out all the way through decision week and date of December 31, 2023."

So I guess so

It’s interesting that your response mentioned “decision week” instead of “decision day”. Looks like decisions will be trickling in throughout the final week of December.

Does anyone know if a pre-application introduction with admissions count as an interview? background and motivations for attending the program were both covered, basically pretty much what an interview would entail

In my case, no. I was in email communication with the director and I just sent them over via email.
