Just finished my interview with Brent Nagamine

How was it? Can you provide interview debrief? Thank you!

Brent interviewed me so to he honest the questions were tailored to my application. He had my complete application package. The first question was who are you? What are your values? Your goals and Plan B. I didn’t have the TMAT questions. It was very specific. So know your story, your career journey and the motivations behind every job and decisions you have taken in your life. Remember, its your story so there is no right or wrong answer. Be very confident and also give abit of context in your answer. So if you say your value is Integrity. Why and how did you arrive at that. I treated the interview more like a conversation and someone trying to get to know me. The interview was divided into 4 parts;1. Who I am and motivations 2. my career journey 3. My aspiration 4. Why Foster and how everything ties in. So for those waiting for invites, it is not over yet. More invites will be sent out. I know cos I specifically asked.

Hey everyone, I want to echo what Aisha mentioned in her response above. I checked in with a current student as well as with Adcom. More interview invites would be rolled out for R2 applicants. They can even roll in till mid March, so lets keep our fingers crossed and hopes high!

Folks who are done with their interviews, can you please write a debrief, would be appreciated!

I had my interview on 3rd February with Amber Janke, Director of Admissions. She had read and gone through my resume, essays, and application beforehand which she said in her opening remarks. It was pretty conversational and themed around my post MBA goals, community involvement, my past workex, career trajectory, my passion outside of work,two behavioral questions. 1. Plan B if one didn't execute 2. TMAT when you were at loggerheads with your supervisor, how did you tackle it?

Interview ran for approx 45 mins.
