Interviewed today with Amber Janke.
Indian. Tech Consulting with a Big 4. 8 years WE. GRE 325
Went well. Just the basic questions. Introduction. Why mba. Why foster. Short term and long term and what skills you lack. Tmat you disagreed with your supervisor. Passion outside of work. How will you contribute at Foster. If not a leader what role you play in a team. And one or two more.. reminded her to strongly consider me for scholarship! Results end of March is what she said.

Looks like your interview went great. It’s also interesting...I have never heard of an applicant who asked to be strongly considered for scholarship during an admissions interview before. Maybe it shows confidence and might work out in your favour. In any case, best wishes for the decision period.

I had an interview with Noe Valdovinos, he was open and nice. The interview lasted 40 mins with 9-11 questions (he told me that). Generally conversational.
1. what a typical day looks like as a MBA foster student?
2. What do you think is the most challenging part of the MBA?
3. Why MBA?
4. How would you work with the career management centre?
5. TMAT you failed at something. If you could do it again, how would you change?
6. Negative feedback you received and how did you act on it
7. ST LT Goals.
8. Plan B.
9. What is your passion outside of work?
10. How do you know about Foster?
11. Questions

Btw, their decision date is 31st March? Do they roll out admits before the decision date?
