My proof of degree was missing in the transcripts and they asked me to upload at the earliest

For the Foster Video interview, I was wondering whether it’s okay to jot down bullet points or look away from the camera to look through your notes during the 30sec prep time before answering the questions. Any idea on this?
They wrote on website that the video interview is to check how you think on your feet. And I dont think 30s is enough for you to jot down anything. So i dont recommend you to do it

My Kira Interview had the following questions -

1. Tell us a time when a team member didn’t get along, how did you manage, what was the outcome?
2. Tell us about some of your pet peeves at work? How do you handle them?

The second question was highly unexpected so it was not perfect but I think I did okay.
