As far as I rmb, Foster noted that all of recommendations have to be submitted before each round's deadline. For more information, you can send them email asking about it asap

My recommender submitted the recommendation a week after the deadline and the application was still considered in R1. However, I did mail them to ask for an extension on the deadline and they had no problem with it.

I just finished recording mine. The platform allows you to have as many practice tests as you want. Once you think you are ready, you will go to the question part and record. You will have a video of someone from the adcom asking a question, 30 to 45 sec to prepare an answer, and then 1'30 to record it.
The practice questions were very casual, asking for a superpower I would like to have or a book I read last year, but the recorded questions looked more like an interview with "tell me about a time you..."

I didn't take note of the exact questions, but it was a variation of:

1 - Please give an example of an extra-curricular activity that taught you something important or changed your perspective in some ways

2 - Telle a time you were in a situation with considerable ambiguity. What action did you take, and what was the result?

Just finised my video assessment

1) Describe a situation where you choose F2F even though you had an option of email and conveying the message through emain was faster.
2) Describe a time when someone else put pressure on you. How did you handle the pressure, and how did it impact the outcome of the situation?

Got done with the video assessment:- q1: if you are transported to 1900 how will you describe a smartphone to someone of that time.; q2: tell us a time when you were overloaded with work and how did you prioritise and what were the results. Hope it helps someone.
