Also, The intention of the Video Interview is to check the following: - - Communication Skills - Reaction of unknown situations - Confidence level So just answer all questions with confidence! Hi all,
I've also just finished the Foster R2 video interview. My questions were:
1. Tell us about a time you encountered an individual who was resistant to change, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome?
2. Tell us about a time when you had to change your priorities due to new events, what did you do and what was the outcome?

P.S - questions aren't verbatim, but the main idea is there. Also, even though this is a bit late to help applicants, I hope this will serve as help for future applicants when they apply next year (I may be one of those too!)
