Does this come to those who were unsuccessful? Are people getting the same email who proceeded to the interview?

I got this. I have not yet interviewed. the email was asking about the consortium which I didn’t use, but I still filled out the survey.

I applied in round 2 and have not received an interview invitation. If I don't have an invitation at this time, do I have any more chances for an interview?

I am not in the consortium, but I received that email. I responded to it to avoid any delay in the review and acceptance of the application.
