No, I don't think that has happened. The reason they interview everyone is because Kellogg cares so much to ensure fit (from what ive heard). Did you interview?

Has anyone heard from Kellogg to confirm their interest to remain on the summer waitlist? There was an e-mail in June that mentioned that they would be transitioning to their summer waitlist in July and would reach out to confirm interest.

I wish I knew this answer. I also don't know if Kellogg knows how many students will not be able to get to campus or will defer.
