You can ask pic of the mail from your recommender. But it's a general thing. It doesn't mention anything regarding your application. So don't make any assumptions about that

did anyone get an email sent to their recommender saying how nice of a letter it was?
Do you know what it said specifically?

Dear xxxxx,

Hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to reach out very quickly and say thank you for taking the time to write the letter of recommendation to the Wharton MBA program on behalf of xxxxxx. I really appreciated your perspective and insights, as they really do help our office start to understand the person behind the paper.

It is always amazing to hear from our alumni in this process, and I wanted to make sure to reach out while it was fresh in my mind to say a big thank you for taking the time.

Our admissions committee is still in deliberation, and many factors come into play in our selection process. Though we don’t know where xxxxxx application will go, we truly value the input of our recommenders.

Best,

Adcom won’t evaluate your profile when you talk to them. They’ll always encourage you to apply.

Totally depends on how many people are offered admits in R1.

If there are many people and class is about 60-70% filled up after R1, then % will be lower for R2 and R3

There is no stat showing pattern in previous years
