Completed interview today with second year MBA student GMAT 655 + W.E. 9 YEARS. Lasted for about 45 min. Had a relaxed and conversational interview about the business I am running. Introduction About the ngo under nobel peace prize winner, I am involved with? Details about the business I am handling? Que.About a project I had implemented recently ? Why MBA? Mhy MBA now? Why Kelley? How do I take time out to do community work? What does team mean to you? What would you when a team member is coming late and disinterested in work? What is the most constructive feedback you have got? How you have implemented that feedback? What is your greatest professional achievement and what strength you developed there and how you carry it forward? Some more questions on behaviour... About being a team player. After the interview, he prompted if I wanted to ask anything, did ask him a ques or two. It was a very nice experience.

How long was it though! Looks like solid one hour?

When did you submit your application and when did you receive an invite ?

Just curious, how late would you get an invite from Kelley? I've finished my application including recommendation on October 25th. Have not heard back. Are they still rolling?
