One is conducted by adcom and the other one is blind interview by a current student.

What do we have to write in Fellowship Merit based essay?

Is TOEFL or IELTS mandatory for international applicants? I have been applying for language test waivers and providing a Medium of Instruction certificate for my undergraduate degree to other Business schools. Doesn't make sense to go for a language test just for one B-school.
