Hi all,

Looking for some help. Has anyone applied to Stern using an Executive Assessment (EA) or GRE score?

Do you know what scores on these exams are OK for Stern? I read that for the GRE you need a 162 per section and for the EA you need a 155 total but hoping for the community’s help here. Thanks!

Don't stress it. Stern has been giving gmat waivers to their own students for years. The new gmat waiver and previous one are identical in nature. If you look at the previous year Stern can take their time a little bit. Let's just be a little more patient.

hi all my gmat is in the next 10 days. My last attempt was 1.5 months ago and i had somehow misplaced the passport and had a very bad time at the center regarding that. My nerves were totally bad and in panic i underperformed a bit. I got 640. i had exhausted all the gmat prep mocks last time so this time i purchased the
manhattan mocks. My score in the Manhattan mocks have been 640-670 (Q45-47).. any idea if they can translate to a higher score in the real gmat?

audreysurya, Also Stern has one of the highest acceptance rate after an interview offer. Thus, their initial processing is more thorough than most. Let`s hope for the best.

The interview conversion rate is 75%![/quote] Correct. Stern interviews only a small portion of the applicant pool, and the conversion from there is very high :)

Hi,

I have applied with an EA score. I am not sure what score is good for Stern, but I read somewhere that Columbia Business School has mentioned that a score of 155+ is competitive for their 2 year FT MBA program. So I would like to believe that Stern could have similar expectations. Not sure though!

Do you mind sharing your EA score? I’m trying to get a sense of what is competitive. I’ve heard people say 155 and some say 160.

I applied with a 154 to Columbia, Stern, and Darden in past cycles and was rejected from all.
