Stern follows rolling admissions post the application deadline. For instance, if the R3 deadline was Jan 15, they would start reviewing applications post Jan 15 and release decisions (invitation to interview/denial/waitlist) "by" April 1 (not "on" April 1). Thus, applicants could get their admit decisions anytime between the application deadline and decision deadline of a given round.
