Rahul, did you get any info on this?
I'm also actually struggling with the same question.
Thanks
Hye Shubham,
Yes, i have interacted with a few alums from UT and Ivey. For a 2-year MBA course and an internship to look for such as UT, getting a work permit is pretty much a straight equation.
However, for Ivey, there isnt the option to go for an internship. Hence, the complete placement scenario changes. Ivey being a premier MBA school in Canada, has its major chunk placed well. After an year of experience, companies apply for their selected candidates' work visas to be extended.
Of the people that I have interacted with, I have come to know that placement is challenging for international candidates, yet not impossible. And there is not much of a worrying situation as far as work permit extension is concerned.
I hope that helps. Please feel free to PM me incase you have further queries.
