Hi there,
Thanks for your post. So the 34 months is what you'd have when you apply, or when you matriculate? It's tough to fully assess your chances without knowing more about your specific resume accomplishments and your professional path, as well as your GRE breakdown and more info on those 'basic' extracurriculars. The international experience is a plus, and the rotational leadership program likely provides you with strong experiences. Sometimes GRE scores may work that are slightly lower than the 'official GMAT equivalent' that is the average at the school... BUT the GPA, if on a 4.0 scale, is a concern, and would mean you are starting from a weaker position especially at top programs. Of those you listed, Rotman would be the closest option for you, followed by Oxford/Cambridge. I would maybe look into at options such as Cornell, UNC, Georgetown, Emory and others in the top 30-40 but outside top 15 or so (US News), again all rough approximations.
I think it will be important to show the admissions committees how your overall story comes together, both professionally and personally, and show what you have that will add to the learning of your classmates. You'll want to work on a clear story for why you want the MBA, why now is the right time, and show that you have ambitious but realistic post-MBA goals.
