What does it mean cancelling scores? And why do I have to cancel scores? And what if I dont want to put in the name of universities where I do not want to send the score?
Please help, what happens at the start of a typical GMAT exam and what happens at the end? When the exams end what does it mean choosing your score to cancel or accept?

There is some more flexibility to this process but this gives a rough idea: When the exam begins on the in-person version, you can select up to 5 schools you wish for your scores to be sent to free of charge. Once the exam ends you have the option to cancel the Unofficial score or accept them to be sent once the score is validated and made Official.
The Online version is a bit different. For example, you don't select schools during the exam itself.

Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
