Yes, quite low odds with the combination of those challenges. Also depends on your definition of "top" -- I've seen applicants with bad transcripts get accepted but they have to be more open minded about their school choices, and they always have above average GMAT scores. My best advice for you is to give it some more time. Gain more work experience (2 years is low), keep working on raising your GMAT (or switch to GRE if that would be a better test for you), and take more time to show improvement and maturity growth since undergrad. I think that's the best strategy.

I have meet consultancy people.I was told that,there are no chances to get admission in any top MBA university with the above profile, even the GMAT score is 700+
