Hello! If you look at last year's message board, Cox waited until about December 20th until they released decisions so it will probably be the same way this year. I interviewed a while back and I also haven't heard back yet if that makes you feel any better :)

4. How did you react when a team mate was not pulling his weight
5. Challenge faced in the work place
6. Significant Leadership experience
7. Failure

GMAT 660 5 yrs work ex with 1 yr international exp. There was no particular reason in the mail. Just that they will not be able to take everyone with good profiles.

I was interviewed on 3rd Dec. And I dont think they update the application. They will notify you of your decision by mail.

Yea.. email! And dont worry, if you have not got a decsion yet, they are analysing your profile for admission!! So far, I dont think anybody has reported being admitted. As of now, they have sent only reject mails.

Admit mails may follow on or before 20th Dec.
