Hi all,
Did anyone else have trouble answering the "# of people supervised" question in the Wharton app? I don't formally manage anyone but am the lead on projects where I can have anywhere from 1-4 client reps. Do they count or should I keep to "zero"?

This is common in the consulting field where there is no consistent reporting line given the constantly changing case-like nature of the work. Even if you decide to ultimately put down 0, it will not drastically play into your final decision so long as your resume and job description clearly indicate this work dynamic.

I was in a similar situation. They have a freeform box where I put something like “PM for matrices with upwards of 40 team members, ranging from Tech engineers to C-suite members [co-CEOs/CFOs]”
