Hello Folks! 
I don’t want to make you people feel I am brainless but I have a question for everyone. I am 29 years old based in Dubai/Pakistan and from last 10 years, I’ve been involved in my own recruitment business. Starting from a one man operation and now with over 50 employees. We have expanded into the international market and currently serving UK/European and Asia market. I have been fortunate enough to also manage careers of CEO/MD level professionals across the globe.
I also currently head the Asian talent division of a 20 years old UK consulting business from their Pakistan and Dubai offices. What makes me sad is the fact that I never went to school after passing out 8th standard due to personal family circumstances. In the race to compete for the world in this fast-paced environment, I never was able to think of resuming my studies (Never felts pursuing it, as I was doing better than those who were qualified). This might be a wrong thought in my brain, but what would you expect from a man whose company has been hitting a revenue of £250k-£300k per annum (From last 5 years) and that just from Pakistan.
I feel now that God has been kind to me, and I have high plans ahead, I MUST secure at least one degree and for that, I want to understand if I am eligible for any MBA/E-MBA program offered anywhere in the world? Is there any room for people like us? Perhaps any leadership/management degree program that can be considered equivalent to the experience I've gained?
Can anyone please help me out here? Am I eligible for anything where only my experience counts? I don't feel comfortable going back to the school and join people aged 12-14 years and be there classmate

Thanks for posting your question. There has been another prominent person on GMAT Club who has had a similarly amazing career and success with a statup - he dropped out of college.
He has gotten a 760 GMAT and had lots of professional accomplishments. Unfortunately the 10 or so shools he researched with, all said that they would not admit him without a college degree. I am sorry about that.
The only option that you may have is an EMBA program; they tend to be a bit more focused on professional accomplipshments and less so concerned with academic.
