baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and salt work to whitens teeth. be sure that you brush you teeth with regular toothpaste after brushing the mixtures.

For making teeth white you can get UV Teeth Whitening treatment or there are Teeth Whitening Home Kits available which is also nice for getting a whiter teeth so you can use these also.

These always seem somewhat dangerous to put on your teeth. I'd just cut out smoking, drinking coffee and drinking red wine. It'll make a huge difference in your teeth, and you may just be healthier too!

If you really want to use products: my ex used the Crest teeth whitening stuff and seemed happy with the results.

For teeth whitening you can have Pearly Whites Express Teeth Whitening Centers Home kit teeth whitening which are effective and easy to use.

I used whitening toothpaste (I forgot the name) before. I bought it on eBay. It seems promising at first, but later on, it seems like normal toothpaste. I haven’t notice any change in my teeth and the discoloration is visible. Good thing I decided to consult at Dr. David S. Frey’s dental clinic. He has the best team in Beverly Hills. Just after the procedure, you can visibly notice that your teeth (upper and lower) are 2x shade whiter than the usual.

There are many home remedies like lemon,Baking soda but if you want quick and perfect result than two types of whitening treatment offered, single visit in surgery (or in spa) whitening and home whitening.

Peroxide is the key ingredient in most whiteners. This safe-for-the-mouth bleaching agent forms bubbles on enamel that lift away stains. The higher the concentration of peroxide and the longer you leave it on your teeth, the whiter they'll get. The downside: Bleaching molecules can get trapped in nerve passageways, causing increased, though temporary, tooth sensitivity.

I've heard so. Try with the medical carbon and some tooth paste. Mix those two components and apply on you teeth. It should help you - that what all the blogers say. :P
