Not sure about the courses you mentioned but I personally used GMATWhiz and improved my Quant score from 43 to 50. They teach you the concepts right from the basics and the course is very structured. If you wish to improve your score in a month, then you should be able to dedicate good number of hours for studies in a day. If you can do that, you can get such personalized study plan on GMATWhiz. You can enter the number of hours you can study in a week and the platform gives you weekly tasks based on that. This way you can be clear of what to study on any given day. I emphasize on study plan because you have a deadline to meet.
