Hi there!
Yes, definitely lots of interesting stuff. Your international background is excellent, especially for the schools on your list. And your "IT work experience" sounds much more impressive than just that with working at big tech firms in Silicon Valley and having started and successfully sold your own startup. That is experience that will be hugely valuable to your future MBA classmates who want to work in tech or also be entrepreneurs.
Your reasons for why MBA totally make sense, and when it comes time to write your essays / prep for your interviews, just make sure you have some specific examples of what you mean by business knowhow or what areas you need to develop most.
Overall I think you have a strong profile. Your GMAT / GPA stats could be slightly challenging at INSEAD and LBS but hopefully all the other strengths will outweigh those.
Good luck!

The boring stuff:
Indian male, IT work experience - 8 years
GMAT: 680
GPA: 3.2
Maybe interesting stuff:
Diplomatic background, grew up in 7 countries
Canadian education since high school
Worked in Silicon valley at 2 of the biggest name tech firms.
Good extra curriculars in university and post work.
The (I think) interesting stuff:
Co-founded an application development startup
Managed, hired, led employees and directed company strategy/product develpment
Had over 400K customers - in every imaginable country.
Sold the company to another tech firm!
Avid public speaker and exec of a toastmasters club
Motivation:
As I have a international background and I have successfully started and sold a company, I want to go to business school to develop the business knowhow to succeed further in the technology world. While running my previous company I sometimes felt my business skills were simply not there, although I had plenty technical skills. A lot of the business skills and knowhow I developed on the fly. But I want to fine tune them.
So want to go for entrepreneurship MBA.
