For which year was the ratio of the Security holes to Bugs fixed by the software company the greatest?

(A) 1998
(B) 1999
(C) 2000
(D) 2001
(E) 2002

Question is asking Pink/Below:
A. 5000/1500. 50/15. 10/3. 3.33
B. 4500/1000. 4.5 Biggest so far.
C. 5000/1300 cant be bigger than 4.5'
D. 4700/1600. Less than 3. Out
E. 5600/1300. 4.XX. I know this is close to B so I will have to calculate. Something is 400/1300. Now 30% of 1300 is 390 so 400 cannot be an extra 3%. so it is less than 4.5 for Sure. Hence B
